CANCELLATION POLICY
Please review before booking — these guidelines ensure every appointment runs smoothly and respectfully for both of us. BOOKING & DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied toward your total service. Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment (cash, credit card, Venmo or other accepted methods). CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. •No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Deposits may be transferred when rescheduling with proper notice. LATE ARRIVALS A 5 minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled, shortened, or rescheduled depending on availability. Please reach out to me as soon as you know you will be arriving late so we may coordinate accordingly. NO-SHOW POLICY Clients who no-show without communication may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. GUESTS & PREPARATION Please arrive with clean skin/brows/lashes as instructed. No extra guests unless previously approved to maintain a calm and focused environment. ALLERGIES & LIABILITY Please disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. A link with forms will be sent upon scheduling your appointment. If you don’t receive these forms, please let me know as soon as possible. Services are performed at your own discretion.
